After you have paid for your manual you are given access to download your manual via our web site, in addition to the initial download you also may revisit our web site if you made an account and retrieve your manual at a later date by visiting your Digital Goods.
After your order you will see a LARGE text link that says:
Download Your Manual in your Digital Goods by CLICKING HERE
Proceed by clicking on that link on your invoice, it will take you to your Digital Goods
Click on the Begin Processing button to copy the manual to your account
After a few seconds the button will change to Download Now; click on the DOWNLOAD NOW button to get your manual you will be prompted to Open or Save the file on your computer.
How Long Does it take to get a Printed Manual? If you place your order for a printed manual by 10am on a business day (monday-friday) it will be processed & printed (ready for pickup by delivery company) on that day in most cases, with the following exceptions: if there was a problem with the shipping address you sent us, mechanical error with printing equipment, legal holidays in the US, and related events beyond our control. Waterproof & Lamainated manuals may take and additional 2-4 business days to make and get ready for shipping.

We have no control over delays due to customs at your country, our items are properly documented with all required information but on occasion customs at the receiving contry my delay the order for a short additional amount of time.
Canada takes about 8-15 Days. 10-25 Days for other International Locations
How do I get a Refund on a Download order? Refunds are not issued for a download order,(SEE POLICIES) our system tracks each customer by their IP# and when have have accessed their manual. If you were not able to read your manual, then WE SEND YOU THE DIRECT LINK TO THE PDF or E-Mail the manual itself REQUEST YOUR MANUAL USING FORM BELOW If you computer is still not allowing you to view the manual, then you can have us send you a PRINTED version by requesting an UPGRADE USING THE FORM BELOW How do I RETURN a Printed Manual?
