How do i download my manual?
After you pay for your user manual your receipt page had a DOWLOAD button on it.
You can also log in and view your PRIVATE MANUAL LIBARY. If the button did not work make sure you have the free version of the ADOBE READER Installed. If it still dont work use the form below to contact us for support.
How Long Does it take to get a Printed Manual?
If you place your order for a printed manual by 10am on a business day (monday-friday) it will be processed & printed (ready for pickup by delivery company) on that day in most cases, with the following exceptions: if there was a problem with the shipping address you sent us, mechanical error with printing equipment, legal holidays in the US, and related events beyond our control.
Waterproof & Lamainated manuals may take and additional 2-4 business days to make and get ready for shipping.
We are not able to make any guarantee to delivery times as USPS DOES NOT MAKE ANY GUARANTEE on the time it takes to delivery a package. If your order has not been received by a reasonable time we will research your order and if it has been over 20 business days (30 business days outside of the US) since your order was shipped, we will reship your order if the order was lost in the shipping process.
After we ship your manual, then it takes about this long for USPS to Deliver them.
CD-ROM orders are shipped daily via First Class Mail.(5-10 business days domestic)

How do I get a Refund on a Download order?
Refunds are not issued for a download order,(SEE POLICIES) our system tracks each customer by their IP# and when have have accessed their manual.
If you were not able to read your manual, then WE SEND YOU THE DIRECT LINK TO THE PDF or E-Mail the manual itself REQUEST YOUR MANUAL USING FORM BELOW If you computer is still not allowing you to view the manual, then you can have us send you a PRINTED version by requesting an UPGRADE USING THE FORM BELOW
How do I RETURN a Printed Manual?
Use the form below to REQUST a RMA# ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RMA# Please explain the reason for the return Return Fees may be deducted from Refunds, unless we were at fault.
